Drain camera inspections find the issue within the drain, identifying the cause of the problem & whether its just a block or if its damaged.

This service is very important to help determine what is needed to resolve the issue, this also confirms if it is on your property and your responsibility or the local council authorities.

Drain Unblocking Service

A complimentary callback visit is offered within a 30-day period if the same drainage line experiences a recurrence of blockage after the initial unblocking. Any blockage reoccurring after this 30-day period will incur a charge for subsequent property visits for drain unblocking or surveying services. The 30-day guarantee is void if faults are identified within the drainage system during this period.

Payment

All drain unblocking services we require payment on attendance we accept all debit cards & cash.

Any drain repair we require a 50% deposit payable upon booking. This can be done by a Debit card or Cash. The remaining balance will then be collected upon completion of work. Every customer is given a receipt/invoice of any repairs or services carried out.

Drain Repairs

SOAK AWAY DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS LTD -

6-Month Structural Drain Repair Guarantee: Our 6-month guarantee is applicable solely to drain repair & pipe replacement work unless stated otherwise. We offer a complementary return to the property if any issues were to re-occur on the same drainage line we have repaired.

If we can offer a temporary fix this would be stated within the agreement of the work carried out and instructed or confirmed by you the customer. A temporary fix has no guarantee and we always advise that if a temporary fix is available a full repair is always recommended.
